It is a very funny prank played by some cops on car drivers. On a street, a worker was doing some sort of work in a main hole. The car drivers have to wait for the guy to complete his work, as they cannot by pass him. A police cab comes behind the cars, and ask them to clear the way. A police officer comes out to talk to the drivers, and ask them the reason of being stopped there. When they want to show him the main hole and the man, neither was there.
